Katie’s Ladies
Katie’s Ladies meets on the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 6:30-8:30 pm in the West Fellowship Room.
Who makes up WELCA? More than 500,000 women in 7,500 congregations within the church’s 64 geographical synods.
What does WELCA do?
- Provides mutual support/bold action on participants’ faith in Jesus Christ.
- The organization builds on the strong history of women’s missionary movements, bible study, and service in which our foremothers engaged.
- Members embrace the world as God’s gift and God’s people as sisters and brothers, being committed to growth in faith and action, standing for justice with the poor and oppressed.
Women of the ELCA are prepared to lead boldly — first the church and then beyond — in promoting women’s complete and total health: physical, emotional, and spiritual.
